Everything in IsItUp, on one page.
Every IsItUp feature in one place — uptime checks, alerts, certificate monitoring, AI assistant, team workspaces, and more.
1-minute checks
Probe every endpoint as often as every minute. Catch outages before your users notice.
Most outages aren't permanent — they're a 90-second blip during a deploy, a flaky upstream, or a certificate that quietly expired. The faster you find out, the faster you can roll back.
IsItUp probes your endpoints from our infrastructure on the interval you choose, all the way down to once per minute on paid plans. Free workspaces can run checks every five minutes — enough for hobby projects and side dashboards. There are no agents to install and nothing to host.
- Choose intervals from 1 minute up to 24 hours per monitor.
- Sub-five-minute intervals are part of every paid plan, including the 14-day Team trial new workspaces get on signup.
- Each monitor records response time alongside up/down status, so you can spot performance trends, not just outages.
Multi-channel alerts
Email and generic webhooks. Route alerts to the channel your team actually watches.
Alerts only matter if they reach the people who can fix the problem. We email a customizable recipient list per monitor — so the marketing site pings marketing, the billing API pings the on-call rotation, and nobody's inbox becomes a graveyard of irrelevant alerts.
For teams that already live in Slack, PagerDuty, or a custom incident pipeline, the webhook channel posts a clean JSON payload to any URL you provide. Wire it into whatever you already use.
- Up to 10 alert recipients per monitor on the Team plan.
- Plain-text emails with a direct link back to the failing monitor.
- Webhook payloads include monitor ID, status, response time, and the failure reason.
- Recovery alerts fire automatically when a previously-down monitor comes back.
HTTPS expiry alerts
Get warned weeks before a certificate expires — never get blindsided by a chain renewal.
A surprising amount of "the site is down" calls turn out to be a forgotten TLS certificate. Browsers slap up a giant red interstitial, and your customers bounce before you even know.
Every HTTPS check IsItUp runs also reads the certificate. If it's already expired or set to expire soon, the check fails — and you get the same alert you'd get for any other outage. Recent check history shows the exact expiry date when we were able to read it, so you can plan rotations instead of reacting to them.
- Two-day default warning window — configurable per probe.
- Works across leaf, intermediate, and chain-of-trust issues.
- Visible in check history and CSV exports.
AI assistant
Describe a monitor in plain English and the assistant builds it.
Adding a single monitor is fast. Adding 30 of them after a migration is tedious. The IsItUp assistant lets you describe what you want to watch — "ping our staging API every two minutes and alert ops@" — and it does the form-filling for you.
It can also answer questions about what's happening: which monitor has flapped the most this week, which had the worst recent uptime, what your failure streaks look like. Sensitive changes — disabling a monitor, changing the URL it watches — always confirm with you in chat first.
- Create, edit, and disable monitors via natural language.
- Summarize uptime, failure streaks, and team activity from your data.
- Per-workspace usage limits so a runaway prompt loop never bills you.
Team-ready
Invite teammates with role-based access so on-call sees only what they need.
IsItUp is built for shared workspaces from day one. Invite people by email, pick their role, and they join the workspace as soon as they sign in with the same address.
Roles range from owner (everything, including billing) to viewer (read-only). Most engineers fit into member — full visibility plus the ability to add or pause monitors. Workspace caps and per-monitor recipient limits scale with your plan.
- Owner, admin, member, and viewer roles.
- Up to 50 seats on the Team plan.
- Invite emails route through your authenticated domain so they land in the inbox.
Full check history
90 days of check results out of the box, with CSV export when audit season rolls around.
Knowing the site is down right now is half of the job. The other half is proving last quarter's uptime to a customer or a compliance reviewer. IsItUp keeps every check result for 90 days by default — no separate logging product, no sampling, no surprises.
Each monitor has its own response-time chart and a downloadable CSV with the same data. Export per-monitor or for the whole workspace.
- 90 days of full-resolution check history per monitor.
- Per-monitor and workspace-wide CSV exports.
- Response-time charts on the monitor detail page.
Monitor folders
Group related monitors so a 200-endpoint workspace still feels organized.
Once you're past 30 monitors, a flat list stops being useful. Folders let you group monitors by service, environment, or customer — whatever maps to the way your team thinks about the system.
Drag a monitor onto a folder card to move it. Click into a folder to see only its monitors. The flat-list view is still there when you want everything in one place.
- Drag-and-drop to file monitors into folders.
- Bulk multi-select to move several at once.
- Filtered URL views — shareable links scoped to a folder.
Bulk add
Add 50 monitors as fast as you can paste a list of URLs.
Migrating from another monitoring tool? Spinning up monitors for a fleet of customer sites? The bulk-add page is built for the moment when adding monitors one at a time stops scaling.
Paste a list of URLs into any row and the rows fan out automatically — one monitor per URL, names already filled in. Duplicates against your existing workspace and within the list itself are flagged before you submit.
- Paste a list of any size; rows expand to match.
- Inline duplicate detection against current monitors.
- Edit names per row before saving.
